Conference Room (401) Scheduling
Carver 401/Math Seminar room may be used for the following events:
- Faculty Research Meetings/Seminars
- Faculty/Student Research Meetings
- Mathematics Graduate Student Council
- Advisory Board meetings
- Final defenses and Preliminary exams
- Recruiting students, faculty and/or staff
- Course Staff Meetings
- Grading Sessions
All events held in Carver 401 must be scheduled through the Math Office. Please email mathoffice@iastate.edu with your request and make sure you receive a confirming email before assuming that the reservation has been made. If the Seminar Room is not available, Math Office Personnel will find a classroom for the event.
