Final report of the National Mathematics Advisory Panel

Foundations for Success: The Final Report of the National Mathematics Advisory Panel 2008 is available online for review here. An article in the Des Moines Register (3/14/2008, page 2) reported that the panel recommended focusing on math basics.

Megan Fitzgerald Introducing our new office assistant


Megan Fitzgerald, a senior majoring in Horticulture, joined our staff this week. Administrative Specialist Jan Nyhus reports, "Megan has already proven to be a great addition to the office."
