Fun in the Sum?

Watch for news about Fun in the Sum, i.e. summer undergraduate classes. And thanks to John Batchelor, Mike Hilgeman, Jake Manske and Andrew Wells for brainstorming what to call this program. After the group came up with a number of interesting possibilities, the committee settled on this offering made by Andrew Wells.

furnitureConference room inherits "new" furniture

This week the conference room took on a new look with a large, wooden table and high back chairs that came from the Statistics department.

"This is the first of several installments of additional furniture," said Jan Nyhus, administrative specialist for the department.

Modular components for work stations and furniture for the undergraduate room will arrive in the next few weeks.

Award nominations sought
